I am a solo mummy to one delightful mini yogi. I've practiced yoga since I was pregnant with her in 2010, when my hour on the mat was the highlight of my week! I now love sharing yoga with women especially during pregnancy and post-natally.
I have been teaching with YogaBellies since 2016 and I love my job! I am passionate about bringing yoga to all women and have a gentle and inclusive approach. I keep my classes small so you will get a lot of individual attention and I really value getting to know you as an individual. My yoga style is Hatha Flow, so expect flowing sequences of carefully chosen postures, tailored to what you need.
