      Ashley has been great through my yogabellies for pregnancy experience. I originally joined to meet other mums in the area and was nervous as I had never done yoga before but Ashley made it really easy to follow and I never felt uncomfortable or inexperienced as she adapts it to different skill levels. She’s really knowledgable on all things birth and baby and I found that particularly helpful during this time when all antenatal classes etc are cancelled due to coronavirus, having Ashley there to educate and answer any questions has been really beneficial. Would recommend to anyone.

      Ashley has succeeded in supporting me towards a healthier mind and stronger body. She tailors her sequences to the needs and abilities of her class members. Ashley also makes every session welcoming and the group dynamics are positive and encouraging. In short, she has made yoga a regular and fun part of my life – thank you Ashley 💗.

      I have attended several of Ashley’s classes over the years and find her very friendly and knowledgeable. Her classes are very relaxed and suited to everyone’s needs.

      Ashley is a wonderful teacher, she is patient and explains everything so clearly. She has a clear passion for yoga and is very knowledgeable. You always feel welcomed at class, and I have been to pregnancy, mum and baby and Luna classes with Ashley – always a highlight of my week going to class!

      I’m really enjoying the pregnancy yoga classes with Ashley. I’d never done yoga before so I didn’t know what to expect but I love that the class is adaptable and accommodates all abilities. There’s always a version to suit your circumstances. As well as getting lots of relaxation and breathing tips I’m also learning lots about labour, birth and the fourth trimester which is so valuable. And Ashley is just really nice to work with too. Would definitely recommend her!

      I have been taking classes with Ashley for nearly 2 years now, and can happily highly recommend Ashley as a teacher. Her classes are relaxed and she takes her time to explain all the moves, without rushing through them.
      Never any pressure to be perfect; we just work to our abilities. I just wish I had started yoga years ago.
      During lockdown I have been enjoying the online Zoom classes. 😀

      I love Ashley’s classes they make my week. Ashley has guided me through pregnancy, life with a new baby and now finding time for myself in a busy life. Her classes are welcoming and she really creates a sense of community in and around the classes. I would thoroughly recommend all her classes.

      I completed Ashley’s Yogabellies for pregnancy class with my first child and have just signed up again for this pregnancy. I really enjoyed her classes as it was a very friendly atmosphere and I think with Ashley being a midwife and Doula she has a vast range of experience and stories to tell that are very informative and re-assuring. I felt much more prepared for my last Labour and childbirth because of the classes and enjoyed carry out the stretches and exercises that I knew were safe and good for my pregnancy. I am looking forward to this time round although it is having to be done online connecting with other mums and reviewing the advice and knowledge through all of her classes.

      I absolutely love my yoga classes with Ashley. I joined about 18 months before ‘lockdown’ as a complete novice. Ashley has bags of patience and is great at describing each of the moves and poses. Not only is she knowledgable, helpful, and thorough; she is friendly, warm, and highly professional.
      During lockdown, Ashley has not only continued with the normal classes online but she has offered additional classes each week as well as a weekly coffee morning. The fact that I have access to the recorded lessons has been a real bonus, allowing me to repeat the class as many times as I like during the week!
      I can not recommend Ashley’s classes highly enough. Simply fantastic!

      Ashely is a great teacher, the topics every week have been very helpful throughout my pregnancy so far. Ashely explains them well. The yoga is great and very relaxing.

      Ashley is very knowledgeable and attending her classes has been an important part of my preparation for birth. With different topics being discussed and practical breathing exercises as well as yoga and relaxation. Would highly recommend her classes.

        I attended pregnancy yoga with my first baby and I loved it, I found it an invaluable resource from dedicating some time to me and baby, meeting other mums-to-be, and learning about various pregnancy and birth skills/techniques/information. I was then excited to attend mum and baby classes after birth which were great for connecting with other mums.
        So when I was pregnant with baby number 2, I knew that I wanted to return to Ashley’s classes. Then with lockdown I thought that I would miss out, but thankfully I’m able to get classes through zoom, which gives me dedicated me time every week, and if I miss a class due to hubby’s shifts I can watch the class in my own time. Even though we can’t meet in person, it’s great to do zoom coffee mornings with the yoga ladies too.
        Ashley is a fantastic teacher, she takes time to explain everything so classes are suitable for all levels. Ashley is very knowledgeable and friendly, and happy to answer all questions.
        I would thoroughly recommend Ashley’s classes to all mums-to-be and mum’s and babies.

      I am currently attending Yogabellies for the second time and I’m loving it just as much as the first time. Ashley’s knowledge skills and expertise are invaluable to the classes and make me feel at ease and enjoy every minute of it. The networking of meeting other pregnant mums has been excellent and it’s good to hear other people experiences and worries.

      I did the yogabellies for pregnancy class and enjoyed it so much I couldn’t wait to start the mum and baby yoga. I wholeheartedly feel the pregnancy class helped with my labour and the mum and baby yoga was a great bonding experience with my daughter as well as feeling a sense of community with the other mums. I would highly recommend Ashley’s classes.

      Ashley’s yogabellies class has been really great. I started it to help deal with a couple of hip niggles early on and have found that they have all but disappeared since I have been practicing what has been taught in class. The class is suitable for any ability and Ashley is kind and knowledgable. The Birth Ed part of the class is really useful to understand what to expect in labour and the fourth trimester and the different techniques that you can use to assist you. I am looking forward to putting what I have learned into practice and hopefully returning to the mum and baby class once my baby has arrived.

      Ashley is a knowledgable and patient teacher who delivers high quality classes. I attended two blocks of Yogabellies for pregnancy and am currently on my second block of Yogabellies for mum and baby. The classes are a great way of getting to know mums in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The yoga practice is fantastic; no pressure but always opportunities to challenge yourself when appropriate. We are currently taking part in the classes on Zoom and Ashley has organised this very well. I would highly recommend Ashley’s classes.

      Yogabellies with Ashley has been fantastic – both in-person and online. Aside from the physical benefits it’s by far the most informative & relaxed resource I’ve experienced throughout pregnancy. It’s been lovely to meet other local Mums-to-be too!
