Hello and welcome to sìth yoga with me, Carol. Sìth (pronounced shee) means peace in Gaelic.
I will soon be offering yoga classes for women throughout all of life’s sages – pregnancy, mum & baby, mum & toddler and Luna (a graceful, flowing and feminine class to balance hormonal fluctuations)
After the birth of my first son I found a passion for yoga which has never left me. Yoga brings much peace (hence the name I have chosen) to me amidst a hectic modern day working mum life which I know most of us can relate to. My background is in healthcare where I have spent the majority of my career. The progression to teaching yoga has felt so natural to me.
I have two beautiful boys who absolutely keep me on my toes – we have a wild house and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
It is so important to me that each and every woman, mum, baby and child feel welcome and are greeted with warmth in my classes.
Whether you want to try yoga for the first time, continue a regular yoga practice or would like to meet like minded mums/mums to be – I will be so happy to warmly welcome you along to one of my classes.
