I discovered yoga while working at a clothing supplier in London. There was a class in the office which I attended once a week, and from there I started practising at home twice a week and then I realised I couldn’t let a day go by without practising. I found yoga really helped me cope with the stresses of my job and the general hustle and bustle of living in a city which never stopped.
Seven years living in London, I went on maternity leave and moved back to Norfolk to be closer to my family. I couldn’t bare the thought of returning to a job that I no longer felt passionate about and so with my passion for all things yoga and well-being, I decided to become a yogabellies teacher in 2019 and I haven’t looked back since!
Do you know what I love about Yogabellies? It’sespecially designed for women of all shapes, sizes and abilities. We are not like most yoga classes, we certainly don’t take ourselves seriously and neither should you! You do not need to be able to touch your toes or throw your foot behind your head to join our classes. In fact 86% of our clients have never set foot in a yoga class before, that’s how cool we are! 😎
