Hello, I’m Georgina, mum of one (soon to be two!) and Certified Yogabellies Teacher, Birth ROCKS mentor and soon to be fertility yoga teacher. I joined Yogabellies in September 2019 and have been practising hatha yoga for over 7 years.
I first become obsessed with all things pregnancy and childbirth after giving birth to my own little one, and now I want to guide women through their own journey and integrate healthy wellness practices into my clients lives.
At Yogabellies we believe you need support and community to get you through each stage of womenhood!
Our clients are real women. Women who, like you, are trying to juggle all life throws at them, but still retain their sanity and find a little bit of time for selfcare.
Easy going women who like to laugh, and love yoga (women who perhaps have never tried yoga before coming to my classes).
I teach authentic yoga designed specifically for the needs of women through the life stages. Everyone is welcome at YogaBellies, no matter your experience, shape or size!
That’s the difference between Yogabellies and not all, but certainly some other classes. We don’t take ourselves seriously and and neither should you!

Gentle good exercise, safe for pregnancy. Georgina has a very calming and soothing voice and demeanour. I really enjoyed the face to face lessons, with clean equipment and good location. Once we were told to isolate, the online classes gave me something to look forward to. In both f2f and online classes, Georgina has been always very flexible and accommodating.
I highly recommend Georgina’s classes. I’ve recently started attending via zoom due to lockdown and can say they are such high quality classes. Various levels are given so it’s adaptable to various abilities. Georgina has a true talent when it comes to instructing and I leave the session feeling relaxed and revitalised.
Georgina’s mum and baby classes are just wonderful, both face to face and online, and I can’t recommend them enough! Georgina makes them such a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment, and I’m just so glad that they’ve been able to continue online through the current circumstances. They are honestly the highlight of my week!
I really recommend Georgina’s yogabellies classes – she has adapted them so well to the current situation and I look forward to them every week!
I find I’m so relaxed by the end of the session, the breathing is really calming and instantly takes my mind off worries. Light yoga exercise is perfect during pregnancy to keep active – particularly at the moment the yoga stretches are really helping my achy back!!
I hope to try some other classes too after pregnancy.

cannot recommend Georgina and her classes enough! I have recently just finished yogabellies mum and baby and both me and my little boy loved it. I’m now waiting to start the yogabellies for women classes and I cannot wait! such a lovely environment for a new mum to be in😊
I attended the pregnancy yoga classes with Georgina and absolutely loved them.
Georgina is a brilliant teacher, she creates a really calm and relaxing atmosphere for her classes.
I found the yoga movements and breathing exercises really beneficial during my pregnancy and labour.
Can’t wait to try the mum and baby classes!
I went to Georgina’s classes during my first pregancy. I had quite a rough pregnancy suffering morning sickness right up til birth. The meet with other mums and activity was very important to my wellbeing… especially in the 3rd trimester as I was finding it quite stressful! The yoga was a good way to relax and help some of my digestion issues. Every move was adaptable for my ability and Georgina had some very good advice in addition to the yoga, relating to pregnancy. Living in Wisbech, I was able to attend the Downham classes and/or King’s Lynn. You can buy classes in a block, and classes are very flexible. The equipment was in clean, good working order and some nice little touches to the room’s lighting and sensery make the experience very calming. Thanks Georgina.
My little bump and me attended Georginas pre-natal yoga classes up until just a week before our labour.
The classes helped me to maintain my fitness , and get my body ready to bring my son into the world. It helped to relax me and elevate any pregnancy related aches and pains. I really couldn’t recommend these classes enough.
Georgina will take very good care of you both 🙂
