      Myself and my daughter have been going to Hannah’s classes since my baby was 8 weeks old and we love baby and mum yoga with Hannah.

      She is an excellent teacher and such a lovely person to be around which makes the class even more enjoyable for me and baby. I would highly recommend baby and mum yoga to other mums as I have found my daughter loves it and perfect way to meet other mums and baby’s too.

      Absolutely love the Luna Yogabellies sessions with Hannah! It’s really nice to be able to take time out each week to relax and the whole session is really enjoyable with a relaxation & wind down at the end. Would definitely recommend!

      I couldn’t ask for a better yoga teacher than Hannah to go to! This is my first baby and everything is already so overwhelming, Hannah gave me not only yoga tips and tricks but also tips she had being a mum of 3 herself. Every class was so welcoming & enjoyable. Even when covid happened Hannah did everything she could with zoom classes to make sure we still had the classes and they were just as thorough and friendly. I couldn’t recommend Hannah & yoga bellies more 💗

      Hannah McGowan is delivering a fabulous Luna yoga session via Zoom. I have not taken part in a yoga lesson before but Hannah does an amazing job putting you at ease and is encouraging throughout. I shall be keeping up with my yoga!!!

      I love Monday evenings because it is time for yogabellies! Hannah is a great instructor and delivers fantastic classes each week. I think the classes are very inclusive and I look forward to each week’s session!

      I’ve been doing post pregnancy yoga with my baby for the last few months during lockdown and it’s been so great to do. It’s been a lovely activity for Amelia and I to do together but also great for my strength and general mobility after birth! It always puts me in a great mood after the class and sends Amelia to sleep! Hannah is a great teacher and I love doing these classes with her!!

      Hannah has made the classes really enjoyable including the transition from classes to online. It’s really helped being part of the group in pregnancy.
