I live in Edinburgh with my husband and two young boys, Adam (3) and Angus (1).
Keeping fit and healthy has always been a priority for me. Yoga is a great way to build strength and focus the mind. I have always loved teaching others in my previous roles and through going to the YogaBellies classes as a client I grew so passionate about what I was doing. The breathing techniques and positions I learned in class contributed hugely to how positive my second labour was and I will be forever grateful for that. Postnatally, I became fascinated with women’s health, pelvic health and recovery from pregnancy and childbirth. I have a strong desire to help other women like me calm the mind and build up strength and flexibility – whilst having fun! Yoga is so useful at all stages of life and the women’s yoga classes we offer are suitable for all levels, even if you’ve never tried yoga before. I would love to have you in my class – please come and join me!

YogaBellies for Pregnancy
Nurturing, flowing yoga classes to help you bond with your baby and prepare for birth. You will learn yoga postures safe for pregnancy and modifications to help with any pregnancy aches and pains. We will discuss how to prepare for your birth, teach you breathing techniques you can use to prepare for labour and birth and have a beautiful, calming guided relaxation to end the class. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks to birth.
- Online: Wednesdays 7pm - 8:15pm £98 for 10 weeks
- (Currently online at 7pm - 10 weeks for price of 8) Holy Cross Church, Davidson's Mains: Thursdays 18:45 - 20:00 - £98 for 8 weeks
Yoga for Women
Luna by YogaBellies is a unique, flowing style of women's yoga created specifically to target and balance those female hormonal fluctuations. These classes are suitable for any level, even if you've never tried yoga before. We will have plenty of modifications to help tailor your yoga practice to you. You will learn breathing techniques to help relax you and ease life's stresses. We will end with a relaxation for the body and mind to leave you feeling refreshed and energised. Suitable from 3 months postpartum but not suitable for pregnancy.
- Online: Wednesday 8:30pm- 9:30pm - £88 for 10 weeks
- Holy Cross Church, Davidson's Mains: Thursdays 20:20-21:20 - £88 for 8 weeks (Paused under current restrictions but get in touch to be added to the waiting list)
YogaBellies Baby Massage & Baby Yoga
A relaxing class giving you the opportunity to play and bond with your baby. Designed for babies from birth, before they are on the move.
- Gentle baby yoga stretches with rhymes/songs
- Learn baby massage techniques to ease common discomforts and aid babies sleep
- Learn breathing techniques to relax and unwind
- Ending with a beautiful guided relaxation you can do with baby to replenish your energy levels
- Corstorphine 71st Scout Hall 233 Corstorphine Road Thursdays 11am-12 - Expected to start on 29th April
YogaBellies for Mum and Baby
These classes are a perfect blend of yoga for mum and yoga stretches with songs for baby! We will help you ease back into exercise safely and focus on the back, abs and pelvic floor to help bring back your strength and stamina. You will also learn breathing techniques and relaxation to help depleted energy levels. Suitable for any level, even if you've never tried yoga before, from 6 weeks after a natural delivery and 8-10 weeks after a c-section. Babies from 6 weeks to crawling.
