Hi I’m Naomi and your YogaBellies teacher for Milton Keynes. I am a lucky mummy to an incredible little boy who definitely keeps me on my toes. I have been practising yoga for ten years and I absolutely love it! It is so important for my physical and emotional health and such a great stress reliever. As a busy working mum, my yoga practice is the only time that I get to spend for myself. I love teaching my YogaBellies classes! The sense of community is incredible and I love the whole ethos of women supporting women and making yoga accessible for ALL women of all different sizes, shapes, ages and abilities.
