I’m Pamela, also known as mummy to 3 little boys, and wife to my lovely hubby.
I’ve been running my business for 5 years now, bringing my classes to Paisley and East Dunbartonshire( Bishopbriggs and Milngavie) and building my community. It’s not been easy with maternity leave and a pandemic in there, but I’m still here and loving what I do every day!
I’m super excited to be adding classes in SCOTSTOUN soon!
My aim in my classes is to help women to prepare for birth; bond with their baby; release stress and make friends.
I joined YogaBellies in September 2017, not long after having my 2nd son, while still on maternity leave. Before I made the change, I worked in retail management for 10 years after leaving university. It was a very demanding and stressful environment, and didn’t fit well with family life. I wanted to do something that made me happy, and that could be flexible around my boys. I’d attended YogaBellies classes while I was pregnant and with my son and thought they were amazing, so joining YogaBellies seemed the perfect move for me, and it’s the best thing I’ve done!
Pregnancy, birth and becoming a mother is the most special time and I love to be able to support and help other women during this time. I love nothing more than seeing women taking time out for themselves, relaxing, being themselves and making new friends in class.
