I am mummy to my two beautiful children Rain and Cody and wife to Dean. Yoga makes me happy and I believe yoga is for anyone and everyone regardless of age, shape or size. If more people practiced yoga the world would be a much happier place.
Why I became a YogaBellies Teacher…
I chose to become a YogaBellies teacher so that I could spend more time at home with my family. Yoga is something I really love and to be able to teach it and share these amazing classes with other women is just my perfect job.
My aim is to help woman to believe in themselves and show them that they can excel past their comfort zones. Whether you’re pregnant and unsure of your birthing choices, a new mum and unsure you’re doing anything right or a woman who thinks yoga just isn’t meant for her. My vision is to help create a beautiful community of strong, self-believing women who are constantly challenging themselves.
YogaBellies is such a powerful community of amazing women and I feel so blessed to now be part of it.
