Welcome to my page I am Sam and will be bringing yogabellies to Ayr,  in  January to my brand new studio LUNALOVE dedicated yoga and healing. I have undertaken the 300 hr Empower training specialising in woman’s yoga, I will be offering different classes for whatever stage of life you are at, we will build community to support you and get that self care you need.

Postnatal and menopause 

I have worked in Early years for over 20 years and I have 4 children of my own, so I am very aware of all the pressures and fears that can arise. I will absolutely love to support you and allow you the chance to de-stress and recharge  ready to continue you your journey. 

I will also be offering sound and energy healing in sound baths and reiki. I can wait to meet you!
