I’m Tríona originally from Kilkenny, Ireland and now living in St Margarets. I’m a Mum of one little boy William who certainly keeps us very busy !
I discovered my love of yoga over 15 years ago after various yoga retreats in the India. I instantly knew that this was not a ‘phase’ but a life long passion.
Originally an accountant working in the city, I left it all as soon as the opportunity to join Yogabellies arose and I have never looked back.
I feel forever grateful that I have the opportunity to share my love of yoga and with that support so many women throughout their life cycle from pregnancy birth and beyond .
Personally with the help of yoga and Hypnobirthing I experienced a very positive birth and I want to share my experience and help as many women as possible to release their fear of birthing and look forward to birth with positive expectations. Each birth is different and each woman unique.
I am passionate in creating a safe welcoming environment at all my classes so that we can support one another as much as possible , create an amazing community of women and form life long friendships .
I am currently teaching my classes virtually in light of our current circumstances. Yoga together with a sense of community has never been so important now.
I teach YogaBellies for pregnancy , Yogabellies Mum and baby yoga and Luna which is a beautiful restorative yin yoga class ( non pregnancy ).
