      I attend Tríona’s pregnancy yoga classes twice a week and I love them! It’s my first pregnancy and the classes have helped me to relax, stretch and to bond with my baby. The classes end with a relaxing Savasana which is one of the highlights. Tríona is a wonderful teacher and I feel very lucky to have discovered these classes.

      I started pregnancy yoga about 10 weeks ago on a recommendation from a friend and it’s something I look forward to every week. The Sunday morning class is at a lovely time and I always end up feeling so relaxed. As a first time mum-to-be I’ve had my worries about labour but the exercises and affirmations that Tríona takes us through each week really leave me feeling relaxed and ready to bring my baby into this world! The class has also been so helpful for my back pain which I’ve suffered from since quite early in my pregnancy.

      I definitely plan to continue the yoga right up until my due date and look forward to continuing with the mum and baby sessions after the birth as well. The support Tríona offers outside of the sessions as well makes you feel like you’re in good hands and always have someone to turn to. I can’t recommend this class enough!

      As a keen yogi when I became pregnant I wanted to be able to continue to practice but in a way that was kind to my body and would help with some of the back and pelvis niggles that come with the joys of pregnancy! Tríona’s classes were brilliant, perfectly tailored with options to suit all stages of pregnancy and very relaxing. The hypnobirthing breathing techniques, affirmations and passages read during savasna are great as well and help you feel prepared for birth. I would highly recommend Tríona’s classes.

      I had been searching for a pregnancy yoga class that fitted my schedule and was either local to me or near my work for a long time so I was thrilled when I found Yogabellies and subsequently Triona. Triona is brilliant, her class really helps me to relax, focus and gives me the skills to prepare me for childbirth. It is a rare chance to really focus on me and my baby & I really look forward to the twice weekly classes. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

      I didn’t realise how much pregnancy-anxiety I was carrying around until I went to my first class with Tríona, and it all melted away. The rhythm and routine of the class is wonderfully reassuring and relaxing, and I always leave the class feeling much more grounded and calm. The exercises have really helped with my lower back pain and with the breathing techniques and affirmations we do each week, I feel much more confident and prepared for the Big Day!

      I can honestly say Triona’s pregnancy yoga classes made a huge impact to my birth experience; giving me a mindset and tools to stay calm and strong during labour. Now in my second pregnancy I’m back again and having briefly tried another class closer to home, I quickly realised this class offers much more than a physical workout, but equally focuses on your mental strength, connection with your unborn baby and hypnobirthing. Triona is clearly passionate about what she does and has gone out of her way to support her students during the Covid-19 lockdown-offering virtual classes, extra relaxation classes and offers of support during a stressful time. I would highly recommend!

      I started classes with Triona when I was pregnant with my 1st daughter – and carried on through my 2nd pregnancy – and now during lock-down via virtual classes. She is an AMAZING teacher – great yoga classes, very personable and just helps you calm down and relax at the end of long days. I would highly recommend a class with Triona…..give it a go!

      I have started yoga class from 12 weeks and I loved. I felt very relax and good you to exercise as well durante pregnancy.Triona’s yoga class helped me with my back pain as well In a good and effective way to exercise.
      She very positive teacher and very professional.
      I definitely recommend Triona’s yoga class durante pregnancy as she gives a lot of advice how to breathe and take a good control durante labor I found it very useful.

      I was recommended Triona by my doula. I was doing yoga for the past 10 years but never pregnant:) As that was something new for me I needed a good teacher to lead me . I was not disappointed. Great atmosphere over the zoom classes is calming me down and helping with back pains etc. Highly recommended!

      I have been doing Triona’s online pregnancy yoga since I was 12 weeks pregnant. As a complete beginner to yoga I found Triona’s classes really easy to follow. I love the calm relaxing atmosphere that she creates in her classes especially during these very stressful and difficult times. It’s my one time every week where I can forget all my anxieties and feel completely relaxed. I would definitely highly recommend Triona’s classes.
