Being part of the pregnancy yoga course with Alice was a real highlight of my pregnancy. Alice creates a welcoming, calm and magical atmosphere in her classes. You always feel supported and there is a lovely sense of community with the other women. Alice clearly prepares the classes thoroughly and with consideration to the many different journeys people may be having. The breathing techniques I learned in the class helped me hugely when giving birth. The yoga practice, stretches and routines gave me a rest and stretch each week, as well as giving me ideas of things I could keep up at home. I couldn’t recommend these classes enough!

I attended Alice’s pregnancy yoga class in Tring. She created such a welcoming atmosphere which really supported me to prepare for my birth. The breathing exercises were incredibly helpful and the emphasis on listening to my own body meant I was doing what was right for me. I would certainly recommend her classes if you are expecting.

I attended Alice’s pregnancy and mum & baby yoga classes and my little one is now 2!! So this review is loong overdue but I couldn’t not leave a positive review, as not only were Alice’s classes helpful in preparing me for the birth and helped with my physical and mental health in the early months with my baby, they helped me connect with other mums when I was new to the area, and I seriously don’t know how I would have coped without this connection. I am truly grateful and would encourage any mum(-to-be)s to join her classes!

I was recommended Alice’s YogaBellies class and I’m so glad I joined – the classes were an important part of my pregnancy journey. The breathing techniques that we practiced were important during labour. Also you gain a supportive group of women who are going through the same thing as you which makes such a difference. I will definitely be continuing postnatal classes, thank you Alice!

Alice is one of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Her classes are amazing. I took both her pregnancy yoga and baby nuture classes and can honestly say they are so worth it. The pregnancy yoga prepares you in so many ways to help you through pregnancy and labour but also postpartum. The classes are a lovely safe and calm environment with lots of other lovely mummies and the support from everyone really gives you a boost when you need it most.
Alice’s baby nuture classes are fab for when baby has arrived. Being with lots of other mums and sharing the ins and outs good or bad helps you to know that you’re not alone in feeling the way you do and is a great way of bonding with baby. I Really loved the nurture classes as it was just mum and baby bonding time.
I highly recommend Alice’s classes to anyone and everyone x

I decided to take Alice’s pregnancy yoga class for my second pregnancy as I didn’t want to spend the money first time round. I can safely say the cost is totally worth it- she prepares you for labour with breathing techniques, as well as plenty of stretching helping any back/pelvic pain. The relaxations provide the perfect ‘me time’ to enable you to switch off from work/busy life. I met a lovely group of girls due at a similar time to me and will definitely be keeping in touch for maternity leave. Thanks so much Alice xx

I begun Alice’s classes quite late in my pregnancy and really wish I had started earlier. I thoroughly enjoyed our weekly zooms where I got to have some ‘baby and me time’ which doesn’t happen as often in subsequent pregnancies. Alice has such a lovely, calming presence that really helps you to relax and focus. In her classes I got to revise different techniques and I also learnt new ones which helped me to prepare for my labour after previously having a difficult birth. I really feel that the skills I learnt over my time with Alice enabled me to have the most calming birth where I felt in tune with my body and baby and for that I will always be so grateful! I would definitely recommend Alice’s classes to other mums to be ????

Alice’s classes were a life saver for me during my pregnancy which was largely through lockdown. Her classes not only provide pregnancy appropriate yoga and vital breathing techniques (which helped me throughout pregnancy and birth) but a safe and friendly environment to bond with other Mums (who I now meet up with outside of class) and discuss any concerns, worries or indeed positive things you’ve experienced during the week since last class. I so looked forward to the class each week and can’t wait to join the Mum & Baby one as soon as I’ve recovered from my C-Section.
You won’t regret it – join the class and reap the benefits like I did / am. And this is a review from someone who had never done yoga before and who was a bit sceptical of the benefits – thank god I joined the class anyway 🙂

I attended Alice’s Yogabellies for pregnancy classes and absolutely loved them. The classes were the perfect mix of yoga, information, breathing techniques for labour and meditation. Alice is very friendly and down to earth and never makes you feel out of your depth, offering variants on yoga poses for everyone. Alice offers a friendly calming environment which I looked forward to every week.

I absolutely love Alice’s weekly Luna class and would highly recommend it as accessible to beginners and those more experienced seeking a challenge. I’ve been doing yoga on and off for many years so was delighted to find such an approachable as well as skilled teacher and to find a class with a perfect mix of exercise and relaxation, and other welcome elements such as mindfulness and aromatherapy. I initially joined the class in person at Halton Village Hall to support a friend recovering from an operation. I now find that it is a class that I never want to miss so am enjoying it online as it continues to bring me so much in terms of looking after myself despite a stressful job and life’s challenges in general. Because of these classes, I feel calmer, more focused, stronger and more flexible.

I have been attending Alice’s yoga classes since spring 2019. I originally started with the Luna women’s class and found Alice to be so welcoming, calming and the classes always set my week off to a great start. At the end of 2019 we found out we were expecting our baby so I immediately signed up to pregnancy yoga at 15 weeks. It felt amazing to be with women going through the same pregnancy journey and Alice positively encourages social interaction and support within the group. I felt comfortable to talk about my feelings during the introductions as Alice creates such a safe space. The yoga was gentle but great movement, the breathing exercises were fantastic preparation for labour and the relaxations sent me to sleep on many occasions!
We are now doing zoom Mummy and baby yoga and it’s wonderful. Our baby seems to enjoy the baby yoga and I find the mummy yoga amazing for releasing back and neck tension from feeding. At a time when we are unable to go to classes it is lovely to still be able to join mum and baby.

I attended 8 sessions of Alice’s pregnancy yoga classes.. they were a great way to unwind and I looked forward to them each week. I learnt some valuable tips to get me through labour and could hear Alice’s voice in my head on the big day.
I have made great friends from the classes who I meet up with regularly now the little ones have arrived.
      Would definitely recommend.

I was reccomended Alice’s pregnancy yoga class via several people on Facebook. I love the classes and really helped me prepare for a calm birth. I also have done mother and baby yoga afterwards which I loved and my little boy loved it too. I definitely would recommend her classes pre and post pregnancy it’s a lovely bit of of self care for you and great for baby too.

Alice is a fantastic yoga teacher. Her classes are like going on mini retreats for the body and mind. I have been attending her core play classes for a year and have noticed a big improvement in my core strength. During lockdown she has gone above and beyond to provide extra support for free and I have felt very grateful for her continued lessons via zoom.

I have never been interested in yoga before but decided to try it out with Yogabellies Chilterns. I love that it is purely focused on women and empowering us, and find the relaxation at the end particularly helpful. The yoga itself is great too, pitched at the right level, and Alice encourages us to listen to what our bodies need when it comes to what intensity stretch we do with each move. I would highly recommend Alice – if nothing else, she has kept me interested in yoga and wanting to come back for more each week..that in itself is quite a miracle! Thank you Alice xx

I joined Alice’s Yogabellies class when I was about 20wks pregnant and loved every single class. I used the breathing techniques we had practiced each week throughout my labour. The midwives didn’t believe I was in established labour as I was so calm through out (nor did my husband!).
Alice is an inspiring, beautiful soul, it was an absolute joy to join her each week on the mat and absorb her positivity.
It doesn’t matter if you haven’t tried yoga before, there’s so much more to the class. But the movements really helped alleviate some pregnancy aches and pains, everyone always said they slept better that night. There is no judgement in class, lights are low and a relaxing atmosphere created by fairy lights and aromatherapy, makes us all feel comfortable.
I highly recommend Alice and her Yogabellies class, it was perfect and everything I had hoped for. It really helped me through my pregnancy.

If I could give a million stars I would! I was looking for a relaxing yoga as life has been very stressful and quite a few people recommended Alice. I have never knew more relaxing atmosphere! Alice makes you feel welcome and its the time that you truly can let yourself enjoy without any judgement or expectations. Its not about how amazing you are its about how you feel that day in that moment. Truly amazing classes!!

I have attended Alices classes since pregnancy with my second child and they are so much more than just a yoga class. So have now attended four of her classes Pregnancy, Mum and Baby, Core Play and Luna. All the little extras, beautifully lit venue, essential oils, cushions blankets and mats make the experience so special.
I have made some wonderful friends through the pregnancy and mum and baby classes and now my little one is older I get some much needed me time, relaxation as well as building strength taking part in the women’s classes. Having the chance to continue this via Zoom during lockdown has been fantastic.

Alice was wonderful when I attended the yoga pregnancy classes. I loved every single session and would highly recommend attending her classes. She is so friendly, warm and welcoming and has the perfect voice and personality for these classes.

Alice’s classes are genuinely welcoming, supportive, non-judgemental and enjoyable. I had no yoga experience but Alice made sure this didn’t matter at all. I felt totally comfortable working at my own level.
Attending these classes was such a lovely way to connect with my growing baby boy.

I used Alice for mum and baby yoga with my first born and loved it. Not only did I meet some lovely mums, I always felt relaxed afterwards and occasionally my baby would behave! I’ve just had my second baby and did a course online with Alice but unfortunately couldn’t continue due to timings. I will definitely be returning when classes can continue face to face again. I feel confident with Alice’s teaching style and would recommend her in a heartbeat.

My daughter and I love your classes both in Wendover and the virtual classes and it has been so wonderful to do something we both get a lot of enjoyment out of.

As I’m sure you know you are a wonderful teacher and make what you are doing seem very easy and effortless, (this is also something that a lot of the other Mum’s said frequently when we tried to muddle through by ourselves).

Alice is a wonderful yoga teacher. She takes such care with her classes; ensuring that they are welcoming and skillfully creating a lovely atmosphere for the class. I especially love how unpretentious Alice’s classes are; focusing on doing what is right for the individual, no matter how it looks. Alice’s knowledge and passion for yoga shines through every lesson.

I first contacted Alice for two reasons. The first was that I had just had a baby and was keen to join a postnatal class and the second as a business networking opportunity. I am a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and was keen to find local classes that I could recommend to my patients. I don’t recommend anyone without getting to know them or their service. I can whole heartedly recommend Alice and her classes.

From the minute I first met Alice I loved everything about her. She has the most calming, soothing nature and instantly makes you feel special. She makes an effort to get to know all the ladies and children in her class and does not only create a welcoming class, but a supportive network and friendship group. I have remained friends with a couple of the ladies that I met at the postnatal yoga class and our babies are now all two years old!

Since joining Alices classes two years ago with my little one, Alice and I have worked closely, referring each other clients and putting on joint yoga and Physiotherapy workshops.

Alice is an absolute star, such a calming soul and I think everyone should have Alice in their life! I will continue to recommend Alice’s pregnancy, mum and baby classes and Women’s classes to every lady I meet! Thank you Alice for being such a wonderful person. I am so glad to have met you; both personally and professionally xxx

Alice came highly recommended and I am so glad that I joined. Luckily I managed a few classes before the lockdown, so I got to experience the tranquil setting of her pregnancy yoga classes. The zoom classes have been just as good and now I’m at the end of my pregnancy I am looking forward to joining Alice’s mum and baby classes. Alice is very welcoming, patient and knowledgeable, I have learnt so much about pregnancy, labour and birth from her classes. Thank you!

      I Love ???? Alice’s classes! ????‍♀️
In these strange times, my yoga classes with Alice help me maintain mental wellbeing and rather than a form of exercise I see it as my mindfulness/relaxation/me time all at once. I have initially started with Postnatal classes in 2018 and now have been attending Luna (9mnths) and Core Play (3mnths) and I am telling you, I am getting stronger and can hold poses for longer. Plus Alice is the only one who could ever make me like the triangle pose and she did it!!’
I still loathe high lunges but only Alice’s soothing voice which is understanding and encouraging at the same time will get me there one day too.
I am fairly sure I am addicted and cannot wait for my yoga fix in half an hour. I simply cannot recommend Alice’s classes high enough. ????‍♀️????????‍♀️

Alice’s classes have been such a strength throughout my pregnancy. She’s kind, empathetic, welcoming, and always leaves you feeling relaxed and supported by the end of the class. I love the gentle and nurturing atmosphere she creates, both physically and emotionally. Couldn’t recommend her more! ♥️

I’ve been attending Alice’s classes throughout my pregnancy and I couldn’t recommend them more. They have been one of the highlights of my week every week during pregnancy. Alice creates a beautiful, relaxing environment and one where I felt comfortable and supported. I learnt so much from Alice and the other lovely ladies in class. I loved the structure of the class focus by alternating between a physical and then emotional topic each week. Thank you so much Alice, I can’t wait to attend the mum and baby yoga classes! ❤️

I started Alice’s Luna classes remotely after lockdown started and I cannot recommend them enough. As someone who was slightly apprehensive about starting yoga being neither very flexible or athletic she has made it an absolute pleasure. She is brilliant at encouraging you to respect what your body needs on that day or week be that pushing yourself a bit more or taking it down a notch. I never thought an exercise class could make me feel so refreshed. I love both the physical and spiritual element to the classes. I am so glad I have taken this time to learn something new and that I chose yoga with Alice.

I attended the mummy and baby yoga with my little boy from age of approx 3 months till he was 7.5 months old. Brilliant classes and a fantastic , friendly , laidback but professional teacher ! ????????
In fact I regret that I didn’t attend her pregnancy classes beforehand.
      Highly recommended ????

Alice is such a lovely person as well as a great yoga instructor! I attend two different types of class and love them both equally. Monday nights to relax and zone out and Saturdays mornings to start you up for the day.
Alice has a really lovely way about her, a very calming voice and instantly makes you feel super comfortable and welcome.
I’m so glad I found her!

I am really enjoying Alice’s pregnancy yoga classes and am finding them a really valuable asset during my pregnancy. The classes are structured really well with time to connect with the other women in the class, breathing techniques which will be really useful to use during labour, the yoga itself and then beautiful relaxations at the end. Every class is centred around a different theme to prepare us for birth/motherhood. Alice is so lovely and makes everyone feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. I just can’t believe we haven’t actually met or done a class in person yet but via Zoom has still been brilliant! I would (and have!) highly recommend these classes to everyone and am looking forward to continuing with further classes with Alice once my baby has arrived.

I have attended Luna classes, Pregnancy classes, and now I’m back to Luna, and I can’t recommended them highly enough. Alice is a brilliant teacher, she explains everything so well and and focusses just as much on the mental/meditation elements as the physical. Alice has really been going above and beyond during lockdown to make additional material available too, which has been hugely appreciated. Thank you Alice! x

I did Alice’s pregnancy yoga classes and the Mum and Baby classes and I can not recommend them enough. Both classes are just beautiful. I feel like the pregnancy class helped with relaxing me and I always slept better after attending a class. The Mum and Baby class was the highlight of my week. Seeing how my baby progressed over the months we completed the class was one highlight but to be honest, having the time to have a good old stretch and a hot cup of tea made for me at the end, making it “me” time was what I looked forward to. I always left every class feeling more ready to be the best mummy I could be and energised. Alice but also the other attendees became a support network and this is something that has continued now (writing this during covid-19 isolation and Alice and the other Mum’s are ensuring we are all still in contact and completing yoga and mindfulness!)

I have been looking for a pregnancy yoga class the second time around and I was recommended Alice on Facebook. I live in Manchester so alice is located a while off from me but as her classes are now available on zoom it made this realistic and I have been enjoying the classes so far very much. She is very welcoming and makes everyone feel at ease. You can tell she has built a good rapport with other ladies too. Don’t be fooled by the word yoga …these classes are perfect for anyone in any stage of pregnancy they allow you to connect with others they also include some really valuable tips for labour and birth. Would recommend these classes and I’m glad I found them ????
