Hi! I’m Emma, a Yogabellies teacher, wife to Craig and mum to little Lily. I made the leap to join Yogabellies when pregnant with Lily. She is now 10 months, it has been a busy time – new baby, new house and new business! But I am loving every minute of it! Lily is just amazing and I am so lucky to have the flexibility with her when she is so young. She comes along as my guest teacher (lol) to my Mum and Baby classes which is definitely a highlight in our week. Lily just loves her yoga classes!
Being a Yogabellies teacher is such a privilege to get to know and help women through pregnancy and the first months of their babies lives. I just love what I do and am building friendships with amazing women! Yoga is such a key part of my life and I love being able to share this with other women, allowing it to help them like it has helped me.
I am delighted to now be offering Luna and Coreplay classes for all women of every age! These classes provide the perfect balance of yoga. Coreplay is strong and we work hard whereas Luna is slow and super relaxing.

I have been going to Emma’s pregnancy yoga class since August and just finished up yesterday at 35 weeks. It has been something I looked forward to every week and felt it has really helped me in preparing for labour but also for taking time for myself and learning more about relaxation. I enjoyed the gentle movements and the breathing techniques and also found the different topics covered each week to be really helpful. Emma is so lovely and welcoming and I can’t wait to get back for mum and baby yoga in the spring!!
