Hi,
I have practiced yoga for many years. I recently became mum to my second daughter in December 22 . I decided to become a yoga teacher as throughout my life it has helped me so much. I want to share the positivity and empowerment that yoga can bring to your life too.
I know what it’s like to be stuck in a constant cycle of stress; working a high pressure job, trying to balance this with children, home life balance and helping on my family farm. Alongside the million other things, we all have on our never ending mental to-do lists.
Practicing yoga brings me calmness. I want to create a space for all the special woman in my community through all stages of their life from trying to conceive, pregnancy & birth, becoming a mum and then through the stages of menopause. I will create a positive space that we can walk alongside each other in whatever journey we are on .
Practicing together we can open our heart centres offer unconditional support, relax and make new friends.

I recently started YogabellieswithAshley and I have thoroughly enjoyed each class. I was a little nervous to start off with as I had never tried anything like this before but Ashley was so friendly and welcoming. It has given me the chance to meet some lovely mums to be also.

I have recently started Ashley’s yoga for mum and baby classes with my 5 month old son. I only have a little experience of yoga pre-baby and the class offers options for us beginners. I find the environment Ashley creates for practice very calming and welcoming. The way she makes the class baby friendly is very thoughtful; with plenty of toys/ distractions and time for baby yoga too. I love this time each week to connect with my mind, body and baby.
I joined the yoga pregnancy class, and it has been great during the last few weeks of my pregnancy! it is a slow paced class that prepares you for labor, in terms of breathing techniques and yoga poses. It is also very informative as Ashley shares lots useful information about the different stages of labor, pregnancy in general, breastfeeding and more. I highly recommend this class!
I attend pregnancy Yogabellies with Ashley and I highly recommend it to all pregnant woman! Ashley creates such a relaxing and welcoming environment. Ashley’s class has helped me so much for preparing for labour and taught me different breathing techniques and stretches that help massively during pregnancy.
Currently attending the pregnancy yoga class on a Thursday night and can’t recommend it enough. Ashley has been so welcoming and creates a very calming and relaxing environment for all us pregnant ladies. it’s also been great to meet new mums and share all of our own experiences, tips and encouragement with each other.

This is a brilliant yoga class. Ashley is a fab teacher and she goes above and beyond… she’s given us free relaxing essential oils and created a group to share resources about motherhood. The class itself is so relaxing and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yoga people. Would 100% recommend!
Yogabellies with Ashley has been great for me postnatally. Ashley is so welcoming and you feel calm and relaxed throughout the class. I love that my baby gets involved too! I was a little nervous at the start as I don’t have great balance but Ashley was fab and gives lots of options for all levels. The first class where I have actually had a chance to make new mum friends too ❤️
