Hi my name is Lorraine and I am a 300 hour certified yoga teacher at Yogabellies International. I am qualified to teach specialist yoga for woman throughout the life stages including menstruation pregnancy, post-partum with baby and menopause.
I discovered Yogabellies in my first pregnancy and missed it massively the second time around having a lockdown baby. I wanted to give other mums and mums-to-be the experience I had during my first pregnancy and the opportunity to build their mum tribe (my yogabellies mum tribe is still going strong 5 years on). Away from yogabellies, I have 3 crazy boys in my life (2 of which I birthed and 1 that I adopted through marriage ????)
I also have an alter ego who works as an accountant and seems really boring until she pops on those yoga pants.

Yogabellies for pregnancy is a prenatal yoga class which can be practised in all trimesters (trimester one only if you have an existing yoga practice) and yes all the way up until birth! This is much more than just a pregnancy yoga class this is antenatal training, birth preparation and relaxation of the mind. Enjoy the full package!
Yogabellies mum & baby yoga you can anytime after your 6 week check up ( or 8-10 weeks for a section) just make sure you are ready to start light exercise again. This class is great for babies from new born all the way up until fully mobile (that is off and crawling around the room but rolling around is fine:) There are simple stretches for baby, yoga for two and yoga just for mum!
