Hello and thank you for visiting this page! I’m Lyndsey, your teacher for YogaBellies classes in Bearsden and Brookfield.
I first attended YogaBellies for Pregnancy classes on the recommendation of a friend when pregnant with my little boy Leonardo, back in 2016. Taking Leo along to YogaBellies for Mum and Baby classes were some of my favourite memories of being on maternity leave. So, in 2018 I made the leap and began teaching myself. Soon after I was pregnant again with my daughter, Liliana. I loved teaching with my bump and felt so empowered by the time of her birth, confident in the amazing things women can do!
My littles kept me busy while classes were in shavasana awaiting news of restrictions being eased however now I am very pleased to be back to offering Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Yoga classes in venue with a full timetable of nurturing and accessible classes for all women at all life stages in the pipeline. I am just about to finish first block with Lyndsey and have really enjoyed the classes. The first couple of weeks were slightly overwhelming as everyone seemed to be a lot further on than me but as the classes went on, it started to make sense and things became clearer. Really enjoy the movement part of the class and Lyndsey has a very calming and knowledgeable manner. I would only give one negative which is the hall has been particularly cold, this could just be me being a cold person though so don’t let this put you off, just make sure you layer up!! A good start to a pregnancy journey.
Hi Janey! Thank you for the review and for sharing some of this special time with me. This review has popped up under the Bearsden class rather than Brookfield where I agree the hall can get a little chilly. The downside of having so much space but i’ll see what I can do before the Autumn. So glad you enjoyed class and thank you for the kind words it was a pleasure having you along x
