I have almost completed my first block of pregnancy yoga with Lyndsey and I have had the most amazing experience. I started at around 16 weeks, I look forward to each class because I always leave feeling calm and empowered, ready for the week ahead. The experience provided by Lyndsey couldn’t be more welcoming and I can’t wait to start my next block of classes, I plan on attending up until I’m ready to give birth.
I have attended Lyndsey’s class both while I was pregnant and with my 6 month old baby and really enjoyed it at each stage. While pregnant I felt it really calmed me and helped me enjoy my pregnancy and now my baby absolutely loves it and it has been great to meet new mums going through all the same things! Lyndsey is a great teacher and the class is always a highlight of the week!
I have loved coming along to Lyndsey’s Yogabellies class in Bearsden!
I started when I was 17 weeks pregnant and plan to come along to my last class next week at 40 weeks! : ) Lyndsey creates such a warm and welcoming space. It has felt really empowering to listen and learn from the wisdom of other women and to have an opportunity in the week to be present and really focus on the journey or pregnancy. Lyndsey’s classes really do benefit the mind, body and soul!

Rarely leave reviews but couldn’t not for this wonderful class. We attended the baby yoga class for 5 months. I’d intended on only doing one block but it quickly became the highlight of my week with my little one so we continued. Lyndsey is knowledgeable, passionate and very welcoming. The class feels like a wonderful haven from the sometimes hectic newborn days. Highly recommend and am very sad to be finishing. Thank you lyndsey 💜

I have been attending Lyndsey’s Bearsden Pregnancy classes. It’s so nice having some focused me time and tuning into baby and all that is to come. Lyndsey is so friendly and welcoming and does a great job at bringing a circle of pregnant woman together at a very special but anxious time. I intend to come to classes until baby is here and look forward to her mum and baby classes when I’m ready.

Cannot recommend Lyndsey highly enough!! I attended yogabellies from 20 weeks through until the end of my pregnancy and loved every week. Lyndsey creates an amazing environment, teaches amazing techniques for relaxing during pregnancy and preparing your body and mind for labour. Yogabellies was brilliant for having dedicated time every week where you could focus entirely on your bump and pregnancy along with other women in the same position going through the same journey. I loved it and am looking forward to joining mum and baby yoga in the new year!

I’ve been going to Lyndsey’s yoga classes for a few months now and would recommend to any new mum or mum-to-be. I started when I was a few months pregnant after wanting to maintain some light exercise, learn some breathing techniques for the birth and meet some mums in my local area. With it being my second pregnancy I loved the dedicated time to bond with my bump and really think about the birth and what life would be like with our new addition. I now go to class with my baby who loves the twinkly lights, bubbles and all the fun yoga poses and nursery songs. Lyndsey is really passionate about helping women feel confident in the run up to the birth and helping their recover post partum. She also brings tea and homebaking for the mums to enjoy after class where I’ve met lots of lovely people who I see regularly outwith class now. It’s the loveliest way to start the week. Thank you Lyndsey – I’m so glad I found your class all those months ago.

I can highly recommend Lyndsey’s yogabellies class. I really looked forward to my Sunday evening classes. It was the perfect way to relax, unwind and bond with bump. I enjoyed having the opportunity to chat to other pregnant ladies and share our stories and experiences. Lyndsey is a great teacher and always made sure everything in the class was perfectly suitable, no matter what stage of pregnancy you were at. I am looking forward to the mum and baby classes now!

I cannot recommend Lyndsey’s yoga classes enough!! It is really reassuring to know you are attending a class specifically designed for pregnancy and one that will help prepare you for birth. The environment is so calm and welcoming. I found it a great way to connect with other mums to be and share our experiences. I’m looking forward to attending the mum and baby classes next!!

Really enjoyed my Yogabellies classes with Lyndsey! I am far from an expert in yoga but was looking for somewhere I could relax and unwind as well as keep active and this was absolutely perfect. Lyndsey is really friendly and welcoming and I found every class to be so relaxing and allowed me to forget about any worries I had and really focus on the positive aspects of pregnancy. I couldn’t recommend this class or Lyndsey highly enough! Also feel like I’ve found a new hobby and would love to carry on practicing yoga once my wee one is here.

I have just finished 3 blocks of Lyndsey’s Mum and cannot recommend the class more. Lyndsey creates such a relaxed, supportive and positive atmosphere and it is lovely to hear from other mums who are going through all the same things are you are! I cannot recommend Lyndsey’s mum and baby yoga class more. My baby and I started when he was 6 weeks old and have just finished at 9 months. Not only is the class so relaxing and a chance to rebuild your body after birth, Lyndsey provides a real community for mums through her class. I have met other amazing mums who helped me through the hard times of a newborn and Lyndsey even organises mummy meet ups over and above class time. Thank you Lyndsey you are a wonderful person!!

Loved Lyndsay’s pregnancy yoga classes – they were so calming and made me feel really prepared for birth, I always left thinking ‘I can definitely do this!’ She always gave options for slightly trickier poses, and made sure to adapt for those that were further along which was appreciated. Looking forward to signing up for the mum & baby classes when I can – thank you!x
Could not recommend Lyndsey’s yoga bellies class enough and learned a lot from my two blocks ! With such a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere it was a great way to take some me time out of my week for me and baby while also keeping active! Have picked up great tips and information from Lyndsey and the other mums to be! Can’t wait to rejoin the mother and baby class
I am so grateful to have found your class Lyndsey ???? Not only did it bring me peace and confidence at a time when I was feeling anxious about changes to my body and about what lay ahead but it has also given me some new friendships. Your class on a Sunday evening at Brookfield Village Hall made me feel ready to tackle each new week as it came around and it was so empowering to be in a room full of other pregnant women warriors and to know we are all in this together. I want to thank you so much for bringing great yoga into my life at a time when I needed it most. From the pregnancy yoga (I loved Sunday nights) to bringing my wee one along to join in. It’s been one of my favourite experiences with pregnancy and motherhood and you go out your way to ensure that your class is welcoming and a cut above other yoga classes I’ve done.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Yogabellies pregnancy yoga block with Lyndsey! Not only did the classes give me an opportunity to meet some amazing women but they allowed me to keep active through my pregnancy. Lyndsey is a fab teacher and makes sure that the yoga positions are explained and safe to do at all stages of pregnancy. I cant wait to join her mummy and babies class with my new friends after the arrival of our little ones in the new year! Cant recommend her enough!!
