I’m Siobhan, Mum to 7 kids, based in Stirling, Scotland. I’ve been a yoga teacher for 22 years and with Yogabellies for 11. I am passionate about creating a safe space for women at every life stage; Prenatal - Yogabellies for Pregnancy Postnatal - Yogabellies for Mum & Baby Womens - Luna Yoga for All .
- Hi everyone, i’m Siobhan, your YogaBellies Central Scotland Teacher, teaching classes in Bridge of Allan & Stirling.
I currently teach Prenatal – Yogabellies for Pregnancy m, Postnatal – Yogabellies for Mum & Baby and Luna – Women’s Yoga to bring balance and calm into your week.
I began teaching yoga 21 years ago, having trained with Julie Hanson and June Mitchell in 2002.
I joined Yogabellies 11 years ago and absolutely love it. I teach Pregnancy, Postnatal (Mum & Baby) and Luna classes for all women (age 13+ years)
I’ve also worked with Yogabellies HQ as part of the Teacher Training team since 2016.
As well as running Yogabellies Central Scotland, I also run The Wellbeing Circle CIC, which is a social enterprise based in Forth Valley which exists to support the wellbeing of vulnerable groups. The Reiki Rooms based at Lumia Spa, Stirling is part of this, where we offer 1:1 reiki sessions and training courses.
I am very passionate about championing yoga and complementary therapies as a way to support our physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health.
I love all things pregnancy, birth and beyond. I have 7 children of my own and love to support women on this magical journey.
My favourite parts of being a YogaBellies teacher is observing the transformation in my pre & postnatal ladies as they grow in confidence each week. Seeing life long friendships blossom, and knowing I helped them in some way.
For my luna ladies, I love watching their stress levels melt away, leaving them totally chilled and re-charged, ready to face the world again.
My classes offer a much needed opportunity to take time just for you, time to switch off, recharge and restore.. something we are all needing right now.
In addition to my yoga qualifications I am also complimentary therapist, qualified in aromatherapy, reflexology, massage, energy therapy and reiki.
I’m also qualified to teach chiball, a holistic exercise class combining tai-chi, chi-Kung, yoga, Pilates, feldenkrais, meditation and deep relaxation.
I’m fully trained in children’s yoga, gymnastics and acrobatics, having spent more than 25 years of my life working with children and young people.
I very much look forward to assisting you on your journey and helping you to find a moment of calm in your week.
