    Hey…. I’m Tara, the lucky mum of 3 amazing little people Seth (10), Eli (8) & Gracie (5) and I love all things Pregnancy, Birth & Baby. I have been offering YogaBellies classes in the Belfast area for 8 years now and am always so grateful and humbled by the lovely YogaBellies Community that has flourished in Belfast during this time. I have such a thirst for knowledge regarding the pre and postnatal periods as I am constantly inspired by the Women and children attending my classes. I am also a Doula, HypnoBirthing Educator and Reflexologist and love offering Emotional & Practical Support throughout the journey of Pregnancy and Motherhood.

  • We have a class suitable for everyone, whether your growing a bump, enjoying a new arrival, a lady wanting to start/get back into her yoga practice or maybe your thinking about having a baby and would like yoga to support your TTC journey!

    All studio classes are run in my yoga studio The Little Yoga House - 117a Cregagh Road but during this time all classes are also LIVE streamed if you prefer to practice from the comfort of your own home via  zoom....

    YogaBellies For Pregnancy  - Mondays 7pm ❤ Wednesdays 7pm ❤ Thursdays 6.15pm

     YogaBellies For Mum & Baby (Yoga & Sensory) -  Mondays 10.30am ❤ Wednesdays 10.30am ❤ Thursdays 10.30am

     YogaBellies Baby Massage & Reflexology  - Tuesdays 11.30am

    YogaBellies for Fertility  - Tuesdays 7.30pm

    YogaBellies for Ladies (not pregnant)  -

    (Luna - slow & flowy) Mondays 8.30pm ❤ (Coreplay - fast & fiery) Wednesdays 8.30pm
