Hello and welcome to YogaBellies. It’s Tash here from YogaBellies Farnborough, Fleet and Camberley. Hopefully if you’ve reached this far, you’re interested in joining one of our YogaBellies classes. If so – Yay! They’re awesome!*

I fell in love with yoga when I was pregnant with my first daughter. I hold yoga responsible for her beautiful water birth and also that of her sister 2 years later. I feel truly passionate about the impact that yoga can have on pregnancy, birth, motherhood and just being a woman in general, and I’m continually training and reading further to ensure I can offer you the most up to date and evidence based advice possible across all my classes. 

Never done yoga before? Don’t panic – 86% of women attending YogaBellies classes have never done it either – so you won’t be alone. I’m not a super bendy pretzel either, my classes are all about how we feel whilst doing it – not how we look! Whether you’re a mum-to-be, have recently had a baby, or are neither of these but are just craving some ‘you’ time, I will have the perfect class for you.

There’s a saying ‘every time you buy from a small business, someone does a little dance’. That’s me, every time I receive a message from someone like you. So go for it! If nothing else – you’ll get me dancing!

YOGABELLIES FOR PREGNANCYas (12 weeks to birth)

If you’re reading this and you’re expecting a baby – pregnancy is such a special time, and you as a mamma to be are so precious – you’re growing a human after all – don’t forget that! So give yourself and your baby the time, care and focus you both deserve in our beautiful Pregnancy Yoga Classes.

Expect breathing techniques for birth, safely adapted yoga postures, gorgeous pregnancy specific guided relaxations and birth/pregnancy discussion topics every week. All surrounded by twinkly fairy lights and wonderful mums to be.

YOGABELLIES FOR MUM & BABY (6 weeks – crawling)

If you’re a new mum, please don’t feel like you’re alone. Our Mum & Baby yoga classes provide a sanctuary for you and your little one, giving you a chance to meet other local mummas and get back into exercise safely post-birth. Classes include breath work and yoga for you, yoga for baby and yoga for you to do together, all in a lovely calming, relaxing environment. Each class ends with a wonderful relaxation including music, lights, bubbles and a story for you both to enjoy followed by a lovely discussion together to finish.

YOGABELLIES FOR MUM & MOVERS (6 months – 12 months)

A predominantly mummy focused class – in YogaBellies For Mum & Movers, due to babies being a bit older, they are usually (!) able to entertain themselves allowing us to get more yoga for ourselves done. As everyone is a little further along in their postpartum journey, this class features slightly stronger yoga and is a chance for you to stretch and more your tired postnatal body, have a giggle with other mums and watch your baby interact with others as they play with the toys provided in the middle. Each class ends with a sensory experience for the two of you, featuring baby friendly fairy lights, bubbles, music and stories.

YOGABELLIES FOR WOMEN (You don’t need to be pregnant or have a baby for this one!)

Finding yourself feeling overwhelmed with juggling family life? Like there’s not enough time in the day? Are you a working mum, spinning multiple plates – but feel like only just?  Take time out, forget about the world, breathe, move and stretch your tired body, and take time to just BE, surrounded by women just like you.

YOGA FOR KIDS – I also am a qualified Cosmic Kids Yoga teacher – and run yoga sessions for children in schools locally. Please contact me for more info.
