YogaBellies® is a genre of hatha yoga that has evolved and grown over the past 15 years, around the yoga practice needs of women. These classes are perfect for beginners, more advanced yogis and even the yoga curious. We have yoga classes for every female life stage.
A dynamic yoga practice focused on strengthening the BAP’s - Back, Abs and Pelvic floor.
All of our classes use a unique combination of yoga for women, inspiring music and delicious aromatherapy blends. Each class style is focused on the specific physical, emotional, hormonal and spiritual needs of women.
Graceful, flowing and feminine yoga to balance hormonal fluctuations. Luna by YogaBellies is a unique, flowing style of yoga in tune with the Yin, Lunar and feminine elements. The focus of our Luna classes is to honour ourselves, be kind, and to take the time to relax and release. This practice offers calming, slower-paced, ‘internal’ poses that are appropriate for women throughout their monthly cycle. This graceful, flowing practice is gentle but deep like water.
YogaPause for women over 35, as they move towards and through Perimenopause, Menopause and Post-Menopause. YogaPause aims to address the physical and emotional challenges that can arise for us at this time of life - and show that it can be incredible and empowering. Combing weight-bearing poses with resistance and also introducing restorative aspects of yoga.

YogaBellies Fertility Yoga Classes cater to all women on their fertility journey - those planning to conceive, trying, or undergoing fertility treatments. YogaBellies® for Pregnancy
Our prenatal sessions incorporate traditional yoga asanas (postures); self-hypnosis and deep relaxation; soothing comfort techniques for birthing and unique YogaBellies® touch therapies for mum and baby. These classes are open to all women and 86% of our students have never set foot in a yoga class before. We have a whole host of studio therapies that have been custom made for pregnant women.

Birth ROCKS is our comprehensive and customized childbirth preparation programme, to help guide parents-to-be through one of life's most remarkable journeys. Postnatal With Baby
NUTURE® by yogabellies
NURTURE® by YogaBellies was created to support mothers immediately post-nataly, which is traditionally a time when we were supported by ‘the village’ - a community of women around us. In today’s society, women tend to be left home alone with their baby while their partner goes out to work.
Without this community and support, we are suffering: More and more women have postnatal depression and suffer feelings of guilt, self-loathing and disappointment that they cannot fulfill their role like other mothers. Our NURTURE classes are a combination of baby massage and Ayurvedic post-partum care of the mother, making for a relaxing and beautiful experience for mother and child.
YogaBellies® for Mum & Baby
At YogaBellies for Mum and Baby, we don’t “put baby in the corner” while you practice yoga. Our exclusive post natal classes incorporate baby yoga postures for your little one too so that they can practice with mum! As every aspect of your life will include baby now, we help you integrate baby into your yoga practice, while feeling the benefits of yoga for you too. You will also learn breath awareness and relaxation techniques, which help to increase energy levels and allow you to relax while with baby - yes it is possible!
Baby ROCKS is our parent craft workshop to guide parents gently along the path to parenthood… Baby ROCKS sessions arm parents with knowledge and improve the well-being of both parents following the birth of their gorgeous new baby. Our Baby ROCKS workshops will provide information to empower parents and allow them to take joy in providing for their own and their baby’s needs at this special time.
Baby ROCKS will help to build your confidence as a parent and to help you make informed choices for you and your baby. You will meet new parents, building new friendships and allowing the transition to parenthood to be as stressfree as possible.
yoga for movers
YogaBellies® for Mum & Toddler
YogaBellies for Mummy & Toddler takes off where YogaBellies for Mum & Baby finishes up and incorporates a hatha yoga class for mums and their mobile babies (from 18-36 months.) All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome along with their little people.

YogaBellies® for little angels
These classes incorporate elements of yoga, massage, movement and music and continue the mum and baby bonding process while encouraging baby to express their new found creativity and freedom of expression.
These are generally taught as group classes and last around 45-60 minutes. The class includes yoga postures and dry massage strokes as well as stories, music, singing songs, rhymes and heuristic play. These elements together help baby’s vital development.
These classes encourage parents to just go with the flow instead of trying to keep baby still, allow them to roam the room and explore – the room becomes your yoga mat.
