One of the main concerns I’ve heard over the years from my pregnant clients is that they don’t know where to start with pregnancy nutrition: The advice constantly changes and it can be overwhelming and so I have collaborated with an incredible chef and nutritionist to bring you this hormone-balancing recipe book for pregnancy.
I wanted to put together a collection of tasty and nutritious recipes to provide you with optimal nutrition for you and your baby across the trimesters. There are a range of omnivore and vegetarian recipes, ranging from drinks and smoothies to breakfasts, dinners and sides.
I know that throughout pregnancy your appetite and what you can actually eat changes on a daily basis, so be sure to sustain yourself with foods that are palatable but also help your body stay strong and healthy.
