AYURVEDIC TIPS FOR MORNING SICKNESS
As a sufferer of perpetual morning sickness during pregnancy (you can read more about this later) I know how awful nausea can be. Here are a few fantastic Ayurvedic tips for curbing the queasiness.
• Snack on dry crackers, toast or Cheesy Wotsits. Keeping something in your stomach curbs the nausea. Even take them into your yoga class; this always helped me.
• Sip a warm tea made with a pinch ginger powder and some fennel seeds.
• Roast and powder cardamom seeds and nibble throughout the day.
• Always try to sleep in a semi-reclined position; use pillows and props as required.
