All this culminates in the month of February…
Which, though the shortest one…
May feel like a long, dreary time between the holidays and the start of spring.
Pair that with the cold weather and lack of sunlight…
And it’s hardly surprising there’s a name for this:
February Blues.
(TBH, February Blues is hard to escape…
Even if you live in the tropics!)
What I find most helpful…
Is using this time to go deeper into my yoga practice.
